Deleting via Mobile App

You can delete your account directly inside the mobile application for immediate processing:

1 Login to the BTConexa App

2 Open the Left Navigation Menu

3 Click on the "Delete Profile" button

4 Confirm: "Your account will be deleted permanently"

5 Logout from the app, then try to log in again to verify that your account is deleted.
